Booking your online classes.

Welcome to our booking page for online yoga classes with Vanessa Greenwood

Monday and Thursday’s  6-7.30pm.

Join us at Piha on Tuesday’s 9.30-11am at the Old Schoolhouse hall Piha (behind the art gallery.)

Join our monthly workshops at Piha, usually the last Saturday of the month.

10-12pm – 2-4.15 pm $115

To book a class just click onto one of the Price options below,  or click on book a class which will lead you into a payment and booking system, which is called MOMENCE.

All classes are taught by Vanessa Greenwood Level 3 Iyengar Yoga Teacher, reliever teacher Elena.

We run our classes through zoom, you will need a ID number and password to log in these automatically get sent to you once you book a class the same ID and Password is used for all of the classes.(Unless we have a reliever teacher, which all updated info is on our newsletters, leave your details  join our Iyoga database to receive newsletters.

We encourage everyone to try the two online classes.

IALIGN is a good place to start if your new, IMOVE mostly for a bit more experience in yoga if that’s the only day you can do then please join us.

This is a system based yoga, your body mind and breath will benefit, as you stick with it, requiring time, patience and commitment!

So hard to express in a few words … but I’ll try))).

These are my first online classes ever and I love it. I really appreciate that I can keep my practice up. I don’t want to loose all the benefits obtained in real life classes. Online classes helped to organize my home practice because now I see how my own space can work ( e.g. keeping materials, using furniture). It seems like your teacher came to your house and showed how it could be done. I feel like I’m at IYoga studio even though I’m at home. Attention , explanations and visuals are precise and clear.

And yes, my family is happy to see me practicing and being harmonised afterwards.
