Wellness Retreat Kaiteriteri

Join us on a 4 day yoga immersion with Vanessa Greenwood, at the doorstep of the Abel Tasman National Park and Golden Bay, Nelson. We will stay at Kimi Ora Eco Resort, overlooking Kaiteriteri Beach.

This location is perfect to unfurl and allow the yoga practice to permeate while taking some time out to get healthy on all levels. The retreat includes yoga, pranayama and meditation so you are guaranteed to feel wonderful.

Dates: March 18th-21st 2023
Location: Kimi Ora, Eco Resort, Kaiteriteri, Nelson.

Cost: From $745 per person. Accommodation
– individual unit or sharing, still with your own spacious room. Includes breakfast. Use of pools, spas, sauna and steam, bikes to ride to the cafes or beach, which is only a 20 min walk away.

1 Day yoga Retreat - Piha

This 1 day retreat will focus on meditation, pranayama and mainly asana to help you feel all these different aspects of yoga and how you can integrate them into your daily life!
Date: July  the 9th Saturday
Location: Barnet Hall, 2 N Piha Rd, Piha
Package: 7.30-8.30am coffee/chai break
9.30-12pm lunch break then 2-4pm includes asana and pranayama.
