Whatever is going on in your life our classes are designed to give you tools that you can use to provide you with energy, strength, mental, physical and emotional support.
Woman are most often busy and have many facets of their life. We focus on a woman’s many cycles within her life, we really care about the health and emotional state of our female students.
Vanessa is also trained in remedial yoga where postural alignment plays a huge role. Online Iyoga classes use yoga props, however you may have to modify with walls, chairs, blankets, we can assist in helping you get a good set up at home. Just start with a mat and yoga equipment understanding will be taught.
Are with Vanessa Greenwood certified Senior Iyengar yoga teacher Level 3, she is dedicated and trained to help you improve your health and wellbeing through Iyengar style yoga that focuses on alignment, precision, restorative and the therapeutic aspects of practice which can involve a realignment for alleviating ailments of the body and mind to name a few, stress, insomnia and arthritis.

Iyoga's only live class it is for the student that would like to be taught by Vanessa Greenwood Senior Iyengar Yoga teacher and have her guidance so you progress with your yoga practice, the class is on Tuesdays and runs in the school term only. Vanessa also teaches a day workshop on the last Saturday of every month, these classes/workshops are held at the School house hall, Piha.
