IWOMAN is a class for all woman with some experience of yoga.This class is active in inversions, backbends, handstands and always the foundational standing asanas which lead into more advanced standing asans. Seated asanas and supported asanas to replenish the body and mind, to also bring some understanding of how to work with the different stages a woman faces throughout thier life. From post menstruation, menses, postnatal time, post menopause, how to practice during menses, menopause. Pregnant woman can come along to this class when the IPRENATEL course is not running.
