We encourage everyone to try different classes, however if new to yoga please book into the beginner class options or the All level class options.
Level 1-2, requires a moderate level of yoga experience.
The early Wednesday (7am) class is for experienced students only.
This is a system based yoga. Your body, mind and breath will benefit, as you stick with it! Requiring time, patience and committment.
