Yoga will give you the energy you need! We have classes Monday,Tuesday (woman only) Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Saturday 9.30-11am. Evening classes Monday,Tuesday (woman only),Wednesday, Thursday classes 6-7.30pm. Alignment is a key element amongst many other benefits whilst doing yoga. These classes will improve your posture, which relates to how we feel, you can continue some of these simple movements throughout your day, which will help alleviate aches and pains. Tighter muscles are released, weaker muscles are strengthened which will also give space into the joints.
We dont believe in over stretching ligaments, tendons and muscles for that matter. Our teachers at IYOGA have a discerning eye to misalignment to ensure you get the maximum health benefits out of your yoga practice.
If you are a beginner the Wednesday 6-7.30pm is a beginners course and Fridays, enquire to join this course. Also Monday in February 5.45-7pm and 5-6pm Thursdays.
